We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of practical UI/UX experience at an agency, studio or client side. Someone with first class design skills who can see a platform,  website or app through from discovery to wireframes, design and launch. You’ll be joining a great group of diverse designers with a collective goal of making the internet a better place.

### Qualifications/Requirements:
- A high-caliber portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, all with excellent design and design-thinking artifacts.
- Ability to lead design projects from start to finish, owning the discovery, ideation, design, and collaborating with engineers.
- Experience planning and facilitating design workshops, client reviews, and user research
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Masterful knowledge of user-centric and data-informed product design.
- The ability to lead digital projects with autonomy and authority, and provide mentorship to members of the design team.
- Strong communication and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions 
- Ability to read the audience and adjust communications, presentation messaging, and style with clients to guide a successful outcome whenever possible
- Someone that plays well on a team and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to define and navigate ambiguity
- Sketch/Figma expertise, and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Passionate curiosity about the Internet, design, trends, and culture
- Able to create strong collaborative relationships with developers and other stakeholders

### You must also be:

- Flexible with a willingness to compromise when needed
- A problem-solver who never hesitates to ask questions and looks for ways to benefit the organization as a whole

### Nice to have:
- A personal illustration style which can be used when appropriate
- Ability to natively create animations in Principle and/or After Effects
- Ability to create data visualizations based on reporting and research, comfortable working with data-driven stories and graphics
- An interest in data analytics and working closely with metrics
- Great overall technical expertise and desire to share knowledge with others

Senior Product Designer

We’re seeking a talented Performance Marketing Analyst to help with the management of digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix using paid social channels. You’ll focus on campaign-specific results and driving commercial performance, both internally and externally for clients when applicable.

### What You'll Do:
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
- Test new channels and trends (such as voice search, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Digital Out of Home, etc.)
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers

### Who You Are:
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- You’re an expert in strategy, setup, implementation, and management of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
- You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reportingYou possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
- You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
